Once you make a purchase, the process is simple and fully guided:

1. Instant Download After Purchase
You'll receive a PDF file with a link to a short intake form where you can share the details we need (e.g., your business name, preferences, goals, photos, logo, text, etc.)

We will begin designing your webpage based on your input. Processing time varies by service and is outlined in each listing.

4. Review & Revisions
You’ll receive a preview or a link to review the first version. You get rounds of revisions to make sure everything looks just how you want. (Varies for each package)

5. Final Payment & Delivery (Custom Order $300–$550)
After the final approval and all revision stages are completed, you’ll receive a custom order to complete the remaining balance based on the PACKAGE you selected (PACKAGE OPTIONS).

6. Final Delivery & Ownership Transfer
Once the final payment is made, you’ll receive a PDF download containing:
1. All the final website information (pictures, video, digital elements, text, etc.).
2. A direct link to your site
3. Step-by-step instructions for transferring ownership to your platform account.

REFUND POLICY
The initial payment is non-refundable after either:
• The first round of revision is approved, and work continues to the next stage.
• or
• 5 days have passed since your purchase.
